A home computer can be like a member of your family. It houses your memories, your data, and access to all the details of your life. When something happens to it, just like a loved one, you want the most qualified person taking care of it. I recently had an urgent computer issue. (Urgent because it’s college finals week and I had major assignments due in just days!) A new computer wouldn’t do, weeks and years of research were stored on this one. Great service and fast responses. They did a review of my computer system, and they helped me set-up a back up system and a security system that would fit my needs (and price range) perfectly. I was scheduled for a repairman to diagnose several commercial printers at 1 o’clock. The printers were located at a storage unit that I had to wait at. No call no show, so after calling the secretary to have the tech call me, I was told his ETA would be much later, which caused a major inconvenienced as I had rented a forklift for $600 and to move around the printers and would be charged a few extra hundred dollars for being late on the rental due to the tech’s tardiness and disregard for punctuality. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism considering this was by no means a free estimate, it was $175 for the first hour and $150 every hour after that. To top it off I was denied a discount for the major inconvenience and inconsideration.
