We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join the Hi-TexSolutions SMB Acquisition team. This position’s primary responsibilities include generating and responding to sales leads, developing qualified leads through targeted outbound calling and closing business. The person must have superior follow up skills, work to a monthly target and be able to effectively communicate over the phone, through email and face-to-face.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota with extremely competitive commission earnings potential.
- Be responsible for full cycle sales from lead to close
- Display superior presentation and negotiation skills in order to gain new business
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to provide the right solution to the customer
- Maintain constant communication with the customer to ensure you know how they are using the Hi-TexSolutions portfolio
- Handle lead generation opportunities through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, chat and door to door.
- Work to strict SLA’s around lead follow up.
- Effective CRM management, including updates, deal reviews and handover notes.
- Proven territory development skills. Must be able to generate and qualify excellent customer leads.
- Effective management of own time.
- Management of the quality of overall deliverables including peer review of other’s output.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years successful on target New Business sales experience, incorporating value/service selling to small-mid market accounts. C-level engagement.
- Professional Sales training and sales process knowledge.
- Sales experience in a technology related industry preferred
- B2B Sales experience
- Strong communication and written skills
- Goal oriented, with a superior work ethic.
