- Our first step is always to assess your current situation. We start all migration projects with a discovery phase to identify priorities and critical systems part of your migration as well as identifying current timelines you may have.
- Since not everyone is completely aware of all affected systems we then have remote desktop sessions or in-person meetings where our staff will complete a thorough analysis of your environment , Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft SQL, IIS, SharePoint, Remote Desktop Services, Virtual Platforms and any custom applications that fall under the scope of the project and run through a series of questions to gather information not identified during earlier discovery calls as well other business requirements.
- We will isolate workloads that should be migrated together limiting downtime for you users
- We will then present a statement of work outlining each phase and its expected associated costs.
